Agnews will do a good job.
I've this paint protection crap on my car (not my choice) and when I de-badged it, the badge shadow was still there! the 'real' paint was lighter than the protection so it went in FOC for the bootlid to be partially repainted and they did a superb job.
You could find that the dullness is down to that. A good machine polish will probably sort it.
I've a DA polisher and it brings the missus black Pathfinder up a treat once a year, then she goes mudplugging down country lanes.... :roll:

They will paint the whole panel and it will look odd if the rest of the car pant is marred.
Normal practice is to mop the whole car to bring it to a similar finish so you may do okay.

As for suspension damage, that must have been a hard whack.
I've been clouted twice on roundabouts, only once required a hub carrier.
The components are more resilient than most expect. More likely milking the job?
You would have no doubt about any suspension damage if you drove it away

Agnews bodyshop is actually round the back of Bavarian on the Boucher Way and all Agnews used Porsches go there for the pre showroom touchup. They generally do good work, but like everybody shop, aren't infalliable.

I had a Porsche official repair done on a Boxster once after an unfortunate meeting with an Italian Lorry on the M25. The front left alloy was a mess and a Porsche bodyshop in London did outstanding work on the body, but had to use a 3rd party for the wheel. It was actually a different colour to the other 3 when it came back and so I rejected it and they supplied a brand new one, no questions asked. Make sure you are happy before you agree to take collection as I am not sure if Bavarian use a 3rd party or not for the wheel.

This is whats happening in our country as well, in the last 2-3 years. Police only show up only in case soemone is hurt.
Insurance companies send their claim officers at the accident scene, that take pictures and fill the claim forms, so they judge later on who's fault it was and who's not.

Yeah the police showed up, only because we were ubstructing traffic.. I didnt contact my insurance, straight to my solicitor! - Last time I contacted insurance (It wasnt my engineers fault) it still affected my no claims & had to pay excess fees.

Agnews done an excellent job! - a really nice finish, personnaly I wouldnt know the difference. Although my smudge down (opposite side) from the fuel cap is still there even though they done a complete wax of the car to bring up a nice shine.
They didnt replace the wheel, they stone washed it! Its like NEW, I want them all done now..lol

There's a wheel refinishing place off the Carrowreagh Road on the Ards side of Dundonald. I used them for a Saab wheel and they did a superb job, couldn't tell the difference on finish or paint colour and I made a really good job of wrecking the wheel, edge and face on a granite kerb...
