Question Black e90 mtech lci - matte, gloss or cf grill?

I have a black lci e90 with mtech kit and gunmetal vmr710s.

I need new kidney grills, and I am torn between gloss, matte black and to a lesser extent cf grills.

Any pics or thoughts on which way to go on my car?

Thanks.

I just went through the same debate, I have a jet black pre-lci e90. Obviously with the pre-lci, the top part of the grilles were actually small slits in the hood. I thought matte black would look a little funny, but going all glossy wouldn't produce any contrast. So I went with both - glossy edges and matte black fins.

I personally like that look, creates a smooth transition and provides contrast.

Interesting setup, I bet it does look pretty good. Not an option for the lci though

Still unsure, trying to make a move tonight. Anyone else have any thoughts? They are much appreciated

ok gloss it is, i was leaning that way anyway lol

so any reason i should go for the jlevi grills when the oem bmw performance ones are cheaper (100 from tischer)?

i want the best quality, not going to squabble over 30 bucks......

gloss or matte black should probably match the best for your setup

^^^^^^^^^^

Thats what Im thinking. My other thought was, I think I have seen 335 lci's with a stock grill which has chrome surround and black slats. Is this true? What would that look like on a black 335 lci?

OEM Performance is a little bit best of both worlds. It has the Glossy surround with matte slats.
