which trans oil to use in 325i??????

i read the threads and no good answer.. so my car has around 60k miles i drive it every day and got a heavy foot.... which tranny oil is the best RP,REDLINE etc.etc. which weight??? planning on doing it this weekend.

Redline MTL gives the best protection ... used by most tranny rebuilders. It's a bit sluggish in cold weather till the box warms up. Redline D4 ATF or Royal Purple most closely match the OEM lube (changed about 12 years ago because owners complained about cold wx performance).
