Suggestions on cleaning up zinc coated rotor hats??

their coated in a matte black but time and brake dust have the finish a bit dirty was curious as to suggestion on ways to posibly clean em up if not i'll probably simply respray em with a thin coat of high temp paint... tia!

Wash them with P21S Total Auto Wash and then remove metallic particulates with C.Quartz IronX.
