I don't know how to help you on that but I think alcohol is pretty abrasive. I don't recommend using it.

Stop using all kind of foolish polish, use Swissol and you never get this kind of problems! I do and will never use any other polish, trust me!

My clearbra installer told me that a SOFT bristle toothbrush with light strokes would do the trick.
Follow up with a MF towel along the line and you should be good to go. |

He just waxed the car. Why would you want to clay bar and remove the wax?

You can also try a tooth pick very carefully! They do make a clearbra cleaner.

Good lord.
1) Alcohol is not "abrasive", nor is it harmful to the paint. You could let rubbing alcohol dry on your paint and it'd be fine. 50/50 isopropyl alcohol and water is a commonly used solution by detailer to remove polish residue. 2) To remove the wax from the seam use a little quick detailer and the edge of a microfiber cloth. If you don't have a microfiber use a boars hair brush or soft bristle toothbrush. If neither of those work you're doing it wrong. 3) Next time use a wax/sealant that doesn't leave a white residue. |
