Those are coupe seats (E92). That's why they won't work in your sedan (E90).

Are they heated?

Unfortunately they did work in all respects other than the seat belt mount

Anyway, no bites on the forum so they're on eBay. Reserve is $2500:

bottom line: sedan seat belt bolts into the seats. Coupe seats don't have a place to mount the sedan seat belt. Coupe seat belt mounts to a bar behind the seats.

wow sick pick up, the leather on these seats is f*cking ridiculous, i tested an m3 last week, could not believe how amazing the leather was, felt like butter...
