I had the same problem with my car pulling slightly to the right, when my car was new. I took it back to my dealer and they test drove it and agreed that it wasnt right. They made a sligh alteration (not sure what) and half an hour later when I got the car back, it was perfect and has been for the last 2 years.

took the car in for a kds came back that there was nothing out but the steering wheel was still canted to the left so they offered to do the entire kds again this time they made some adjustments within tolerances and the wheel is now straight again, still bemused how it was out in the first place.

i must have spent about £500 trying to get mine sorted, in the end i gave up as it was getting stupid.

the guys at swansea BMW just put it back the other way a quarter turn for me, looks straight to my eye, and tyre wear has been fine.
