Estimated worth for a 2008 328xi in the area?

Hey guys - My wife and I are looking at purchasing our first home, and that would mean selling my 08 328xi. I have been looking at KBB/Nada prices for these cars, and they frankly seem a bit high to me. So, I was wondering what you guys are seeing locally for this type of car, or what you think it's worth in a private party sale in the CT/NYC/NJ area?

Sparking Graphite 328xi on Terra interior with aluminum trim
About 38,000 miles
Factory warranty til 50k miles or 11/11.
NOT CPO'd.

Premium package
Cold weather
Park distance
Logic 7 w/ipod and bluetooth
Sunshade
Xenon

The car is super clean with no accidents, etc...

In looking at KBB, etc., the car keeps pricing in the $25k range, but that just seems high to me with the prices I'm seeing for 335's, etc...

What do you guys think?

Thanks in advance for any input.

The n52 e90s seem to be holding their value VERY well compared to the n54 variants

I thought I overpaid for mine but over the past few months looking at others it appears I got a somehwhat good deal.

Just for purposes of reference-@ the end of last calendar year, non-xi 07 328 with sport, premium, cold weather, 12,300 miles and a mint interior but needing a little tlc for some hood dings was just under 27k, which was fine because I was redoing the exterior bodywise anyway. Thought I got raped at the time but now I think otherwise. I think we are getting close to the point where the pre lcis are getting similar in pricing-maybe another year or so and cost won't be a factor and buyers will just have to choose between speed and long term reliability/maintenance costs.
