You will have to convert to OE HID housing for this option, or you can do retrofit projector and LED style AE ring.

What is the most cost effective way? I have seen people buying the depo ae's and heard of others doing it the way you have offered.

The hid fogs are they Error free I see it says may need coding, then when you put what year it adds on another error free harness

Can't I just get the bulbs and ballast and code the car with no error codes ?

If you can change the voltage and resistance setting from coding, yes you can just buy the ballast and bulbs.

We are only able to code out the error at this time, haven't locate the module for other settings.

I just installed mine last week and didn't remove the wheels. Just turn the wheel all the way out for each side you're working on and then remove the wheel well around the tire. It will give you enough room to work with.
