Thanks Trev... I agree, black wheels can just merge into a shadow and the wheels then don't stand out. Ill check out the Koya and Cosmis as suggested. cheers buddy

Hahahhha when I said that... the emphasis was on lets start with (and work down from) seriously would not want to spend more than $4000 for rims and rubber tbh... so means a cheap new set or an more expensive used set

I came late to the party. But if you want a truly set of epic wheels and price isnt an issue. My mate owns forge wheels. And believe me when i tell you they make an amazing set of wheels. Whatever you want. However you dream it. They forge and cnc it for you.

Mod 75 - Rolled Guards

Running 265s on the rear with a 5 mm spacer, means the tires rub when the boot is loaded up or when there are passengers in the back.

Became evident during the Tassie road trip, that the rear guards needed rolling, when one of the guys pointed out the branding on the side walls was gone lol

Lucky for me, Vince got a new toy recently and was happy to get more practice at guard rolling..... turned out perfect (nice work mate)

Very very slight flare to the outside, most of the flattening is of the inside edge which is about 45 degrees before rolling and flattens out to about 15 degrees
Vince did an awesome job

Mod 76 - Brake Vac line delete

Anyone who has installed the M3 cowl really needs to do this mod

The stock brake vac line is a solid pipe that runs across the engine bay, making it look sad and ugly...

The solution is to replace the hard pipe with some nice flexible braided hose and run the hosing along the cowl. The result a much neater and attractive engine bay

Once again big thanks to Vince
