i wish my parents invested early on in real estate in the city... oh well.... my generation is basically getting screwed because the r/e market is so inflated that we re not even going to see equity build up in the houses we buy... fn sucks.... i went to check out this new development close to my parents... they want 900k for this little asss house with no yard.... i was like
