and they arent man drinks. its just extra protein that you can take in if you dont have time to eat. some type of protein intake is better than no protein intake. u still need your carbs as energy because if you just rely on protein then that protein that you are taking in for muscle growth will be used as energy and you are wasting that intake.

my mom is like protein shakes make you fat... i agree though.. the nox made me bigger because of muscle pump from the creatine... im all natural for the time being... ill prob go back to my crazy pills [supplements] initially but i cant take em more than a month or ill end up in jail

they dont make you fat. and dont take any crazy pills. my logic is this. if you are gonna ruin your body with pills you might as well go on some sort of low androgenic steroid. at least then you will look good and maintain it for a long time instead of that quick fix with diet pills. again thats my opinion but im a weirdo anyway.

umm.... diet pills dont work if youre not dieting & working out... i just need the extra energy- thats why i started the nox in the first place... i work all day and hit the gym around 10pm.... who knows... maybe ill do stay all natural
