Its really easy. You do have to register on time. Then they send you a booklet based on your address that lists the important issues or propositions that apply to you, as well as any candidates that apply to your area and party designation.

You go to your polling place (close to your home) and just fill out the scantron.

I usually can't make it during the hours they are open, so I ask to do it by mail every time.

oicic, yea i register long time ago and i got the booklet, sorry what i meant was that i jus never voted, couldnt vote the last presidential election. i've always that u had to go to the boothes have vote. but thanks!
