K, there are so many things wrong here I have to answer.

Popping out a kid does absolutely nothing to your legs. The whole process takes a day or so and no legs are required for it. It's the 9 months of carrying the kid that can cause issues. The veins suffer under the extra weight, often a bad diet and avoiding exercise. Genetics is still the main reason why some people end up with those.

Yes mama Lups, I know about the carrying that was the meaning of the word birth in my comment .
Still struggle with finding the right words in English , sometimes it's ok but it depends of the subject .
