wow,wow,wow!
I wish I could do all of these things to mine but I could barely change a tyre... The interior is magnificent. I can't even imagine how this can be done? |

Sorry if it makes you part with your hard earned cash... But it's really why we are all on here right I only had the intention of adding some black gloss grills when i started and it all spiralled downhill for my wallet but uphill for the love of my car Cheers Reece! HAHA You crazy? The interior needs a few more little touches which you will see soon. Nothing major, just enough to bring it all together and make it seem like it really does belong. Then i am sure i'll think of something else Cheers buddy. I am still hoping your hands will be able to find me a black headliner which is compatible with sunroof. It isn't easy!!! Quote:
I think i will wait on the wiring for now as its not that urgent... But I will need the coding done once BMW update all my software, so then i can have you tackle all my coding and wiring in one swoop? I know what you mean about the white centre. It does look better in person and its certainly needed to complete the rest of the look otherwise the white accents don't seem like they below. At the moment i just have my black piano trim as the CIC and Gear Knob gaitor need to be sorted first and it just doesn't feel right. You'll see it soon and can make your mind up then. The white centre is actually extended white leather, so it isn't just painted, which was a nice surprise. Quote:
You legend though! For helping me sort this! i would still be up there today fitting it if you weren't there haha Dr Leather is in my shopping basket as well as some more car pro reload More importantly, can't wait to see what you have in store next for everyone! Quote:
Mo! I was shocked! The 2 hour drive up to Birmingham was uncomfortable for shaun as he has spoilt his ass for sometime now sitting on M3 seats, but he felt some discomfort sitting on my msport seats on the drive up there... haha.. on the way back though, you can really tell the improved difference in support and comfort with the m3 seats! I am sure there is more maintenance involved as the leather does wear faster, but it is so worth it! Cheers Johnny!!!! Many Many THanks! Quote:

I haven't tackled the gear knob lights. I remember reading a thread the other day where you bought an m3 knob to fit but didnt in the end. I think im going to risk it bud and cut up my existing wires under the gear gaitor to make it work. It will look awesome! Quote:
I am sure someone local will help with the install. Mate will be good to see you there then! Take it the car is in the shop? |

Dayummmmmm!! *drool*
Looks immense and so much more "plush" to the msport ones, never really noticed the difference before, but then again ive never looked! One thing though, did the previous owner drive from the back seats? The leather on the fronts looks so tight and unsat in, yet the backs look well used! Ref upping your wheel game, they need to be white now to tie it all in! |

SUNDAY 10th AUGUST PROGRESS UPDATES So i have been busy trying to get my interior up to scratch for Gaydon on the 17th! What is happening as i type. Steering Wheel being retrimmed Gear Gaitor being retrimmed Handbrake gaitor being retrimmed Custom Gauge Holder for my air. A little dashboard trim touch which is intended to bring the white theme onto the dash to make everything flow a little more... Here is a little sneak peek So this should all be done within the week before the show. In the mean time, what has been happening!!!??? I have been doing what i can to integrate my air switches into the original m3 buttons for when i install my m3 centre console This is the button i am trying to use And after a couple of hours and some help from some people on the forum from the states. I have managed to get it to work!!!! Pictures of the finished product will be coming soon Also i am planning to re do my headlights within the next 2 months. This has just arrived and i am so happy with it... They are Clear ZKW-R lenses which offer 20% more light to the road and a sharper, cleaner cut off line. I am going to be pairing them with osram cbi xenarc D1S bulbs which will offer unparalleled performance! But more importnatly, i have had the lenses etched with my companies logo! Courtesy of ISH who created the logo for me. I am so happy how they turned out It is going to look awesome when done!!!!! I am still getting used to my new interior. Since installing them i have noticed my ambient lighting is now visible!!! I am so happy as i love all things leds and ambient lighting! My old msport black on black interior meant i couldnt even see my interior lighting. But now it is more visible than ever!!! |

It had to be done! it was a pain to figure out how to get the original switch to work and not blow it up whilst getting everything connected. But SOOOOOO Worth it!
Quote:
LOL you trying to insinuate you came up with that idea I always thought it would be awesome, but far too much work. AND it was far too much work, but seeing my extended leather centre console had to be used... IT JUST HAD TO BE DONE! YOUUUUU KNOW! It won't project the logo on the ground or anything, but it will still be visible in the headlight i believe. But living in london i don't really use my headlights much. Demon eye is usually showing itself off, so the logo will definitely be on show. We will soon find out i guess. Quote:
Can i have dibs on your sound system Quote:
I did actually order the silver and white trim from woolies. But the quality disappointed me and was not a great colour match So Iam having my retrimmer create a real leather, extra thick piping for me. Should look the danglies when done But i know where i got the smart idea from |

Cheers re: the etched lenses. They will have absolutely no negative affect on the output of the low beam. So no problems there at all. They just look kl and even better when lit by a blue or colour changing demon eye a little idea into what is coming soon haha |
