Dropped it off for coding for the alarm. Had a spirited drive in the loaner they gave me. The motor and exhaust sounds good in this new 328, but the steering is horrible compared to my e92?

I dreamed about driving it. Still in the garage, too much salt everywhere. No joke, I've had it 9 years, and still love it. I wonder if I get a Golf R to replace my DD, would it be the same? It might. Because it comes down to actually loving what it is, not what others think about it.

Oh yeah steering no good. Funny things is back in 2013 I had a 328 wagon loaded to the gills for 4 days, and got used to the light steering. When I got my car back it was like whoa, then sweet! Heavy D and the boyz.

Good to know. I'll drive this thing around a bit today and extra enjoy mine when I pick it up!

Clay bared my car yesterday. Dam it looks better already. Already brings back of its luster but today I will buff and polish it for the final details. Using Mcguiar's fine cut then swirl remover and then finish it off with a nice deep hand glaze number 7. ive always used 3m or Mcguiars, i see lots of other products and thought about trying something new but i guess its just user preference. Ill stick to what i know.

25mm spacers in the rear. No tire poke. More aggressive stance. Improved handling in corners (hell yes)

Installed the oem alarm yesterday, and had it coded today. Easy justification with the wife for once - it's for safety babe!

Finished it off with a walk downtown bought my wife a ice cream cone and I had a milk shake. almost melted before we could finish it. LOL

I installed the ER charge pipe on my N55 E92 yesterday!

Popped off on my test run afterwards cause I didn't tighten one of the clamps enough. Installation said to hand tighten and not over torque, but the nuts were actually really hard to hand tighten so I used a wrench.
So I wasn't shy the second time I tightened and it was perfect.

The rubber grommet on the mount got bumped off as I was fitting the pipe. So it took a little longer than planned since I had to get under the car and unscrew the shield to find the damn grommet.

Now I have no fears of a broken plastic chargepipe! Thanks to Extreme Power House and ER!

plugged her into the battery tender. Hoping the salt will be gone so she can get out on the roads. It's tough being a garage queen.
