Oh shit. Forgot to post this on OT.

My wife was driving me to PT this afternoon and on a local 2-lane road (40 mph limit), with moderate traffic, this guy walking with the flow of traffic across the street (toward us) suddenly makes a 1/4 turn and sprints across the street. The 3rd car ahead of us stops short and swerves, the 2nd and 1st car ahead of us slam on their brakes. We barely slow down enough not to plow into the car directly in front of us. Needless to say, I jammed my bad leg from the braking force.

Instantly in pain, infuriated and in awe, I chuck a half-pint water bottle at the idiot pedestrian. I miss. My wife and I talk about it for the remainder of the trip (5 minutes). Both are in disbelief of the stupidity and audacity of the pedestrian.

This jackass apparently was making his dash to the Papa Johns on this road.

So what? I dunno. Just venting.

Never.... Not at all man... I never claimed to be in most pain ever. You and anyone else can claim that title.

Even when on the 2nd day after surgery, I wouldn't have categorized my pain above an 8 at peak. In my mind a 10 is "please kill me".

Regardless. If I could NOT have to go through 3 different orthopedic surgeries in the last 6 months I totally would. There's nothing cool about it. Even less cool were the 8 that preceded these all before the age of 8.
