Best advice is to do minimum 10 miles a weeks which isnt really all that much. you can even do 4 miles 3 times a week on the treadmill. That 4 mph and you will hit 4 miles. Low impact and you will burn the same amount of calories if you run 4 miles in 30 min

Cardio wise, if i could hit the bag for like 20 min straight, no heavy hitting, but light combo work at different speeds and angles would that be better than running, i seriously hate running.

As for being a midget, im 5'4" think how i feel. They dun call me stumpy for nothing.
