I got a phone call lastnight at 9:30pm from our agent on our house and she was like "um, I have somone interested in coming to look at your house tomorrow morning at 9:00am, do you think this is possible?" I called her back and was like "um...... not possible at all! I need more time than 12hrs notice to show our house, we have newborn baby and cleaning up the house isnt as easy as it used to be!" She calls back ten minutes later, "Well how about 5:30pm tomorrow night?" I had enough at this point, before I ripped her head off, I was like "Fine, I will clean the house tonight as I have work tomorrow."
So needless to say I was up all night cleaning, house wasnt bad, but when you show a house it needs to be perfect and I am perfectionist, so shit has to look good! I hate all this stuff, be glad when its all over!

so what your saying is you are just completely nuts? when you buy a new place, make sure to get a detached garage to hide our dirtbikes

Not too far from where we are, just movin on upppp, to a bigger house. We are in a Townehouse now, which is nice, we built it new, but just too tight now with a baby!
