I haven't clicked on any paypal emails because i haven't used it over a year now. I think they hacked it. Plus i notice they added a credit card to my account. I'm thinking it has a disposable account number because it expireds in Dec. I've checked my cc and my credit report and haven't seen anything. This person has the cc address in irvine.

I don't know. I went to my bank to get some money and saw i had less fund than expected, so i went online and saw paypal had withdraw $749 from my account. I went to paypal and saw the transaction. So i called paypal and my BoA. BoA is quite useless. But with Paypal they've started an investigation. I'd say they just randomly pick an account and hack it. I know i'm too paranoid to open any emails from paypal and ebays and the such.

haha no worries. We have a home in Walnut as well, so when push comes to shove, all our cars/belongings will be moved to there.

wow..i need to check up on my paypal acct now. havent' used it in yrs, and i don't even remember my logon info...but man, this sux...and speaking of BoA, more like PoS to me..never liked BofA, my govt cc is with BoA and finally they switched to Citi, which in my personal experience has been quite effective in protecting me, the consumer. good luck, let us know it pans out...

Sorry to hear Angela and Law.
But Angela, BofA should be able to reverse the charges. It was unauthorized!
Wellsfargo didn't even question me when i told them someone stole from my paypal account and made unauthorized purchases.
They replaced the money right away.
It's stupid Paypal that is freaking useless!
Wellsfargo took my money back but now paypal is saying i owe them!
