That Nato strap looks great!

The last time I wore my Sinn 856 UTC w/ deployant clasp was 27 June 2023 as I was grounded for a cardiac issue on 30 June 2023.

I decided not to wear it again until I was back in the jet.

It took me about 18 months to have my cardiac issue fixed and for my package to be approved by the FAA.

I've been in simulator training since 26 December, 2024.

Yesterday, I deadheaded from DEN-LAS and spent the nigh in order to be in position for my Operational Experience Refresher-- my first flight in the jet in over 19 months.

Today I wore the Sinn LAS-SFO-CUN.

I'll wear it again tomorrow when I fly CUN-LAX-LAS on my full requalification flight.

Damn, but it felt good to be back in the jet.

(and both of my landings kicked arse and took names-- there's something to be said for 17,000+ hours of flight time).
