Dawg Tofu is dank asfk. When I was tryna get swoll I down a block of it cold after the gym. Gained 20 pounds easy in a year. Almost 40G of protein for $2.49. Also Hella amino acids from that bean. Just get the Nongmo ones

Great looking dish, For those non chefs out there, for a quick Saturday night
dish after a few drinks, I put 3 crumbed fish fillets and chips in the air fryer for 20mins on 200 degrees, tossing around at the ten minute mark. You can just buy the box of frozen crumbed fillets from the supermarket and bag of frozen chips. Surprising low saturated fat around 1gram per 100gram. If I'm feeling adventurous I will throw a few lettuce leaves, tomato and onion on the side. Add Tartare and tomato sauce. Delicious! |

Sadly, there are no good mom & pop pizza places near me. The local Domino's sucks, and the best place around here is Round Table. Got some pizza this week - it was a large Barbecued Chicken. Was delicious, but expensive.
