haha i see. raking up posts huh. ok then
i'm on black/black. thinking about 35 all over. pictures of it on other cars does no justice whatsoever because it solely depends on if theres sun or not. but from what i can tell is that it's pretty light but since i have blk interior, it'll seem darker. im just looking for something not too dark, and not too light. somewhere in between i guess. this will also be my first tinted car. im going to umbra tomorrow. their charging me 180 (tint) + 60 (rear tint removal from the previous owner)= 240. i only have to remove the rear because the previous owner had crap tints so the dealership i bought it from removed it for me but told me they wouldnt touch the back. so whatchathink? |

sounds like a sweet deal... Bens tints looked really nice.
I think 35 all around will look REALLY good on your ride. not too light but also not blacked out. You'll be happy with it I'm sure. |

yeah i'm hoping to go for a black theme but not murdered out in any way.
since this is my first tints this is what i formulated as pros and cons + heat reduction + privacy (for those people that stare at you at stop lights and people who likes to look into cars) + interior protection - night visability +\- looks (debatable) but i think it would look good on black. am i missing anything. is there really a reason not to get it? unless people think it looks bad of coarse. |

no... just make sure you get the high quality ceramic tints like Ben did. Some other tints have metallics in them that can cause interference with bluetooth and gps signals.

i think he said if i wanted the ceramic he'll only have it at like 38 or something. you think itll be the same as 35 metallic? or should i see a shade lower than that in ceramic.

I'll tell you what... youre not going to be able to tell much difference between 35 and 38 so I'd go with the higher quality tints any day of the week.

you'll see the rims at the meet. I'm hoping to have all the existing paint stripped off of them.

I picked up on that too. Gotta do some recon work with Ben so that we can stay on top of his secrets.
