after following this thread for over 10 years, I can finally post in it
got it 3 weeks ago and immediately went to the body shop due to numerous dents and scratches. Exterior was rough but it only had 52k miles. Only mods so far are CF kidney grills, AA gen 1 exhaust and 30% tint (does this count as a mod? lol).
wife isn't too happy with the boxes in the living room but most of the parts should be installed by the end of next week. I'll also be test fitting some ce28's on it.

Spent a bunch of money on a big piece of OE plastic for my E91:





Got the LCI diffuser, the trim piece above that, and new bumper brackets that I apparently need for the install. Also purchased a used set of OE M-sport side skirts that will get painted at the same time.

Replaced the orange reflectors with some smoked ones. Much better. Pretty easy job, too. Peeling the old adhesive residue off the inside of the bumper is far & away the worst part.

Nice, looking forward to the after pics. Just did the front on my E91, so I’ve been thinking about doing the rear, too.

This is the one thing I keep going back and forth on ordering. Where'd you find the bumper?

Same here. ECS wanted $550 just to ship it. Tischer wanted $200, but that would probably be your best bet. I ended up going through my body shop guy who got me the parts at their cost from a local dealer.

Can't really tell a difference. Also have the slug N52 so not really going anywhere fast haha.
