https://www.methanex.com/our-business/pricing Might want to check your local dragstrips. I usually bring a 5 gallon container along and fill up while there. It's a good excuse to go to the track at least once per year. Last year I think it was ~ $3/gallon at the track.

I use a hydrometer and mix based on density (using an IR thermometer to correct for temp variation).

Selling dealer just replaced both NOX sensors under warranty. I don't think they were that happy about it, dealer cost on those sensors totals about $1,050.

Summer wheels and tires showed up today!
After much internal debate I decided to stay with 17s in a square setup with stock size tires. The wheels (Kosei K6r) and tires (Conti DWs) were both on sale. And I'm especially pleased with their light weight. |

Well, I've been meaning to take some non-phone pics of the car to accompany my first post, but that might have been ambitious. I picked up the car in December; it's a 2011 Deep Sea Blue/Black Sport with 55k miles.
It took me a bit longer to get working on mods, but the first order of business was to install an M3 steering wheel, then swap the stock 195 wheels with some Avant Garde M359 (black) and Michelin PSSs. That was two weeks ago; last weekend marked the install of some LUX H8 180 angel eyes, which are a lot brighter than I imagined, and last night, I took care of some coding, including: -Updated trans software -Brake Force Display -Start without brake pedal -Euro hazards -Fold mirrors with door lock -Fog lights and high beams -Key fob windows/sunroof up/close -Door handle LED in reverse -Window finish -Gong removal -1/16 fuel reserve I've currently got a Bilstein B12 kit in the garage that needs to go on, and will be ordering some M3 upper and lower control arms in the next week or two. I also took the liberty of reaching out to BPC to get some info on just how far I want to take the car power-wise. Hope to see and chat with a bunch of y'all in the near future! |

Also, what is 1/8 fuel reserve? Mine automatically chimes at 1/8th tank. |

Thanks! Yeah, they're 19s. I was going to try and fit some OE 513Ms originally, but the 19s looked so much better. These are 19x9 et35; 19x10 et38 with 235/35; 265/30 tires. Fitment is great - I think I might need to roll the rear fenders, though. In terms of fuel reserve, I meant 1/16, not 1/8 (great catch) - just updated my original post.

Greats looking car, mind explaining the two above for me? I've got pretty much everything coded you have sans these two (I'm assuming the window finish one is related to the older windscreens that have the purple tint to them with the green strip across the top?)
Having the puddle lights on while in reverse would be pretty cool as well.
