I just moved to the area. Living downtown Detoit. The roads are brutal here, I may need to look at getting my coilovers set to a softer setting.

Anyone in the area do track days? I just started getting into them last year in CA, and would love to find some near by tracks to go to.

I would join the Motor City BMWCCA - they often have driving events. otherwise, check the forums of different makes for driver education/track events.

Waterford event was three weeks ago. Grattan is in October. Sat and Sun, but with a Sat only option.

Local Alfa group runs at Waterford and Grattan I think.

I have a pair of OEM pre-LCI kidneys + OEM 3-piece lower mesh for an e92 that I had painted matte black if anyone is interested. They are chipped up and need a re-coat but someone may want to use them for their own color/project. Nice to have so you don't use your existing setup. Was cleaning the basement yesterday and forgot I had them.

Yes. August is better for me. Lots of travel in July. Although next week during the week on an evening is possible (Woodwardish)
