Customs 1-3 days.
Date you declared the lips shipped: April 7th
April 7th + the 5 (max) days air freight. 3 (max) customs = April 15th.

BMWE90 should've had his lip shipped FREE by YOU on April 15th after the FIRST delay.

He made the sale on April 19, 2007. So the lip should've been on the way to him already, when he made that sale!

So make that happen. Ship to BMWE90 for free. it doesnt get much simpler than this.

I keep hearing and seeing people writing that he was late by 3 months. Are
you guys serious and objective here? The GB ended at the end of February.
He shipped on the 24th of April. Count with me here - is that 3 months? It's
not even 2. It's becoming 3 months because for various reasons things have
dragged on. Who is at fault? Well we can have a long nice discussion about it
after the current problem is solved and that darn lip doesn't remain an orphan.

And to be honest why are we dragging the conversation down that path and
relating shipping to NY with the free shipping to BMWE90? The two things are
different and if you want to discuss it as one I'm with you, but just say so.
Cause it kind of stinks to imply things by not saying them directly. We are
all wearing pants (I hope and with no disrespect to alternatives) and we have
a set so say things up front and directly.

HAWAII BUYERS- you can have Lucid ship your lips to me and I will ship the lips to you via DHL. $70 from NY- SJ and $30 from SJ-HI. Of course if you combine the lips into one box it'd be cheaper.

ok from Felix that he will honor the free shipping to someone else.

BMWE90 is right and Felix wrong because it's nobody's business what BMWE90
is going to do with the lip after he receives it. He may want to eat it, burn it,
shred it, surf with it, beat up someone etc. Felix is bound by the deal to send
it to him free of shipping, he never said that if BMWE90 sells the lip he won't
honor the free shipping, but then again BMWE90 never asked. It also has no
additional cost shipping to the new buyer so it's no big deal. To put it in a
different way it's like a seller asks for shipping money after the buyer gets the
goods and then goes on to sell those to someone else. Kind of unheard of.

So both of you have created a mess out of nothing to be honest and you're
both wrong and right at the same time. I hope you reach an agreement that
satisfies both buyer and seller.

Honestly I wanted to put the lip on my car and attend Bimmerfest this year. I actually hoped the lip would arrive in March. I just didnt want to care anymore so I sold the car without the lip. I pretty much forgot about this until there was news that the lips were on their way to NY. You tell me- how can I let you know at the beginning since I didnt even plan on selling it?
