IDk because this is tangible... it would be very easy for D&G or Gucci to come in and sue them opposed to someone filing fake med claims.

sue who....a small mom and pop store that is in the US with their home office being in Italy. and how would they ever find out. oh and the manufacturer that makes gucci glasses most likely makes D&G and prada etc etc. by the way Luxoctica is the main distributor for all the high end designer glasses. they accept the gucci, prada, LV, andD&G rights and can make them anywhere where they see fit. all these glasses are mostly made in china now. some are still made in europe but these batches are rarer and rarer.

well... if this place only had say... fine wines or some wiiiiide selection of beers esp imported than it could have that particular niche but both in one spot wouldnt make sense... wine and beer call out different consumers
