Seriously, I don't understand what the problem is here. My experience with Bav up until this point has been excellent, and I really don't see why your chirping him so badly on such minor issues.
+3 GB has never really been this fast

Shipping could have been handled a little better but I'm not complaining coz I saved a grand compared to the OEM CF trims.

Mattscott, please stop knocking Bav

People who have already purchased this, dont even have pictures of the final product yet.

As for everyone saying for me to stop being sarcastic and malicious, isnt that the point of a forum, just because you guys dont agree with the way I feel about the vendor and the way things were handled I shouldn't say it? Anyone who has anything bad to say can't say it? I'm glad you guys were happy with the way things have been. I am not. I'm putting my opinion out there for others to do with it what they want. They might be happy with the way things are handled like you guys, but I still think they should know that I am not happy. I'm not going out and BASHING bavdom, I'm not telling people not to buy things from him or that he is a horrible vendor. I am mearly stating that I am not happy. I'm sure someone is going to jump my ass about this post too, but I have been nothing but honest. Everything I have said has been just what I think, I have not been overly mean, I have not done any name calling. I've mearly stated opinions.

actually, i agree with you....a forum is a place that allows free exchange of thoughts.....some popular, some not so....but no one should be for expressing how they feel about their experiences, especially with transactions involving money, etc....

today is vet day....so no mail....hope we all get our CF trims tomorrow

Express your opinions here, not in the GB thread:

http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=42

I have a thing for **********s.com, but I don't go to their GB thread and express my negativity about them. You had a choice to not proceed with the GB if you were not happy with the way the situation is handled.

First of all sir, DO NOT call me a liar, I NEVER LIED TO ANYONE.

Second of all, WE DID lose money on shipping, there is no way of you knowing anything that regards to that, if you wish, go to USPS and ask them how much it would be to ship that product. Thanks.

Third, yes, forums are a place to post your opinion, but not the GB threads as stated by Kev. This time I just REALLY can't see where a customer is coming from. YOu are saying that you are not against us in any way yet you have called us liars, on three occasions.

1."I don't like to be lied to"
2."I KNOW you did not lose money on shipping"
3."Didn't ship on the 15 but on the 16th" the company that was scheduled to pick up our packages didn't make it on the 15th, we didn't DELIBERATELY sit down and think of ways to connive against you. If anything, we are here to make you HAPPY.

Thank you.

I cant speak of him as a vendor, I dont know him as a vendor, I know how on this particular group buy things were handled, thats why i posted in this group buy. I didnt go to any of his other Gb threads, hell, I actually said I may be interested in his CF intake on the GB thread, don't tell me where I do and dont have the right to post, that will be left for the moderators, and seeing as they havent talked to me or deleted any of my posts I'm sure they are the same page I am. Thanks.

I don't think Jason and other admins / mods would just go around and police threads like that, so please don't drag them into the argument. As for your experience in this group buy, the link I provided seems to be most appropriate way to vent your dissatisfaction. As I said before, you had a choice not to participate in this GB. It's really disgraceful that on one hand you wanted in for the group buy and on the other hand you always sound like grumpy old man whining about this and that in the GB thread.

Thank you.
1) Did you ship on the 5th? No, the 6th, so that was a false statement. A.K.A. a lie
2)If you did lose money on shipping, that is poor business managment as I stated a priority package from NYC to LA cost $13.45.
3) See #1

Did I once say you ever did any of this deliberately? No I did not, so don't try and make me, the consumer, seem like the bad guy.

I'm done with this comunist thread. At least one person understand where I am coming from. The thing that upset me, is everyone ganging up against me. If I am unsatisfied dont try and put me down to make bavdom seem better, rather, post how satisfied you are. It's like mudslinging in an election.

For the Wiesbaden/K-Town/Heidelberg/Manheim crowd...I am thinking I can arrange a time in at least Wiesbaden and Ramstein once my trim arrives if you want to see it in person.
