Man, watching some YT videos and reading Reddit comments, perhaps there's even more hate for Dexter - New Blood's ending vs the original's. Crazy how they still screwed it up, some of the slipups are quite bad. It's a shame because the new series was generally pretty good in its own right despite all those cockups, until the last episode jumped the shark big time.

The Witcher was solid, season 2 came out not long ago so I just finished that up. I'm sure its been mentioned here before but Peaky Blinders was awesome too.

Is it better than s1? I found the first season to be just alright, a bit campy/not srs at many moments.

Ha! I love a good roast. I'm a surprisingly good fellow to drop a beer or three with, i swear a lot but a good time will be had.

Re. original Dexter, I am a pragmatist at heart and to me, he was boxed in, had no choice. In fact, the ending to the second series shows, he was right to do what he did at the end of the first!

The ending to New Blood was clearly a reaction to the poor feedback to the ending of the original series. SO they went right up the middle and did a stereotype ending to please people and they still complain.

Definitely one the most watchable Netflix originals, if not the most.
