van, enjoy the metabolism while you can, eventually it will DIAH, lol... ahhh, the good old days... i could eat two big macs and go to bed... now, if i eat a big mac, i can literally hear myself getting fatter as i swallow that shiet...

Today I had a bowl of cereal and a banana, Thai ice tea, 2 Hot Pockets and an orange. I'm a bit hungry still...maybe a cup of tuna after I'm done with this report.

My metabolism is slower than a 325i.

Prunes will make you shit out things..but all the non polar and stuff with high lipid content will already be absorbed, and will still be in your body.

There's no way a Chicken bake has only 500 calories, man. A Lean Pocket has nearly 300 and it's like 1/3 the size of a Chicken Bake. That thing has to have at least 800 IMO.

Damn 3 at a time, I can't even finish one. I always wrap it up and eat the other half later.
