From what I've read. You have several options:

1) Make a Dual Cone setup for like $75, Juice Box Terry's design so he claims.
2) Logic HVI
3) BMS

Neither of the three are CAI, most seem to like the logic, I think it is a bit pricey for what it is considering you do not get a heat shield and need to get a 328i snorkle to make it a ram air intake.

For CAI's it appears that UR is the one to go with, although it costs the most.

Sals has a K&N dual cone setup. With the whole setup I'm buying it off him for 150 including tubing and the intake scoop. At least I think the intake scoop is gonna come w/ it lol.

Regarding the heat soak thing, I talked to Alex, and my buddy Jon has a BMS installed and it doesn't really seem to be a big problem but I don't know.

The $75 figure I gave you for the dual cone was just for the parts, no scoop. That is what I read.

I've read many mixed opinions on heat soak. In the end, I clearly went for the looks and paid the $$$, although UR's Dyno numbers look pretty impressive across the board compared to the BMS when compared to stock....taking it for what it is worth.

lana i went on monster.com and saw there were a number of tax consultant positions available in NYC and NJ. Im not sure if you took a look at monster but maybe its worth to send them your resume. unless i forgot what your position is.
