it's random. i can't produce it easily. i've had it fire up no problem first thing in the morning. I think, not sure 100 percent, but I think that hte long cranks happen more often after the car is warmed up. But definitely not every start

On the fuel side it's probably not the pump, but could still be the relay, the regulator, or the injectors. On the air side, you could have a leak or ICV problem. And other things could be a bad coolant sensor or crank position sensor, but you'd have other symptoms if it was the crank sensor.
