speaking of EvoX...I saw a bad ass white one in the city today. look straight like a track car and of course, had decals everywhere!

Which probably means it's never been to the track, it just has stickers all over it to make it look like it's a track car. LOL.

lol funny, but I don't know if I qualify your statement to be true. What about those with decals all over but track all the time? O_o I've known some of those guys that do drive around the city with those cars instead of reserving them solely for track use if that's what you meant.

No some guys do have truly sponsored track cars. I would venture to say most of those who are in that league are not tracking daily drivers. Most of those are dedicated trailer queen track stars.

I know somebody who is sponsored and races their street car. But all the stickers and ads are magnets which are only put on at the event. You don't really want to draw that kind of attention to yourself day by day I guess.

On an unrelated note. I debadged my car today and it was a PITA to get the adhesive off. Just so time consuming to let it soak and peel each part slowly. And it's not like you can quit halfway, you gotta finish what you started!

yeah true but some run with decals on a daily basis. I too wonder how they get away w/o attracting attention from police...which I'm sure they do. The car being modded is attraction enough, lol.

Hey Brian, yea, when the badge has been on for a while, it's a pita. If you're still working on it, try goo gone. You'll still need to use some good elbow grease to get it all off tho. Followed by some qd, polish, and wax.

They do. That's why my friend asked all his sponsors to make magnets instead. Otherwise he just stuck the stickers onto the magnets himself and only has them on for the track. Surprisingly, his car looks pretty darn near bone stock.

Got it all off, was just a little time consuming. No faded paint though luckily.
