Sun is finally shining today, high is going be 74°F. Going to heat up this weekend for Mother’s Day. Looking forward to it.

We're hitting the 70's lately. Been opening the windows at night to cool the house off to a comfortable mid-60's temp.

A break from Oregon rain and some record-setting hot temps forecast for the next 3-4 days: Like 90s!

My poor llamas still have their winter coats on, as does the Great Pyrenees guardian dog. Hot, hot, hot!

The dog has an appointment with the groomer on June 6th and the llama shearer is a schoolteacher who is not yet available. Hopefully this heat wave will pass soon and get back to the 60s and 70s where we belong.

Not sure there is any normal anymore.

Yep. Just sucks that it happened while we're on vacation. Working with the insurance company via cell phone and email.

Transplant some Trillium, from the forest (the tall one). They will die in a week or so but they will come back next spring.

Another frosty morning. Weather has been amazing this last week or so but overnight has been cold.

Scheduled for a weekend of rain on our holiday weekend.

Going to try to work on the car anyways, just a little suspension work.
