BTW, I picked up two GoPro Hero3 White additions for this event. Figured I would take advantage of the return policy because I really want the Hero3 Black addition, but that doesn't ship until the week after the event. Yeah it's pouring down here in SoCal right now from a different storm that tracked south to north. Hopefully Coalinga will stay dry @ 30% chance on Sat am.

What's up Eric...I'm leaving right after a meeting I have tomorrow morning so I should be on the road by noon. Leaving from Newport Beach so I will probably be at the SoCal hotel by 4pm depending on traffic conditions (hopefully none).

Please be sure to bring your approved helmet and filled out/signed self-tech form available here (http://shift-s3ctor.com/?page_id=11). Also bring cash to purchase lunch as we will have burgers/sandwiches/pizza meals and drinks available.

We will be having a Pre-Registration at the "SoCal" Hotel from about 8 PM to 10 PM. If you are staying at the hotel, it benefits you to pre-register to get all of your materials and wristbands early so as not to have to register the morning of the event.

Both saturday and sunday gates open at the airport at 7:00 AM. A MANDATORY drivers meeting will be at 8 so plan ahead and arrive early. The airport address is 27500 W. Phelps Ave, Coalinga, CA 93210.

Be sure to tech your car and make sure everything is safe: tires, brakes, lugnuts, lines, etc. Also, be sure to drive slow and safe as many cops will be on the look out. We have an entire weekend of awesome racing ahead of us and we are all very excited. See you all this weekend!
