I don't doubt that it's happened there before. Luckily the crackhead neighbors got evicted a few months back, which has made the block a lot more family friendly.

It's a good starting point. Clean up the wheels in time for summer. Steelies for the winter, solid choice. I rock steelies for the winter too. #noshame
