3. Bicep Curls - dumbells
4. Tricep extensions - curl bar/flat bench
5. Bicep Curls - Hammer Strength machine
6. Tricep extensions - one handed cable burnout
7. Bicep Curls - Standing curl bar burnout
8. Tricep extensions - Rope cable (for inner triceps)


EDIT: Since we're both coming off a long brake, we'll most likely crap out after #6
