Try to get him to say..."in writing"...that he shipped the new bulb...use email. Then you may be able to file a claim because you now have him agreeing to the exchange of defective merchandise and agreeing to send you a new bulb.

I think you can file a claim if you do not get what you are expecting...you are expecting a good bulb. Does he say something to the effect of "full refund" if not satisfied?

its NOT the bulb...its the whole headlight assembly that needs to be replaced!

OK...replace bulb with headlight assembly...

the way i see it..i can dispute 500 for the non working headlight..i can see if some1 can fix it for me..he did contact me today, if i dont hear from him today..i will open a claim for defective merchandise and i will notify him before i do this..
