We have full manufacturing capabilities and the shop/staff to back it up.

The way we build our turbo kits is to fit a broad range of customers with several different turbo variants.

I'm very excited for the results.

http://www.extremeturbosystems.com/Turbochargers/ I think the best turbocharger for this application with be a PT6266 or PT6766 depending on your power goals. We have customers hitting 800hp on a supra using the PT6766 with spool up right around the 4k range. It's an amazing turbocharger. The 6266, will give you faster spool yet, but the top end will be more of a mid to upper 600hp turbocharger. Who knows the ability for cam adjustment should make for a faster spool then the supra with more top end.

PSS: Now I'm really excited.

Trust me this research will not go empty handed. We all want to improve the N54 and N55 market, we have been stuck with the average person making 400 for way too long. The evo market is a great example of what we should be able to do with all different turbocharger variants.

The rumor is that your aggressive maps running 18 psi on meth in the midrange (less stressful than running it up top by far) caused your engine to spontaneously self-destruct together with your transmission which decided it was time for retirement.

Do we get more pics or updates? With all the talk about singles and money in this thread, it's hard to see what the latest update is

Quick update: I checked on the build today and it looks like the 3rd manifold design is the charm. Met all basic fitment and design targets. As I hoped, we are going with a dual 3-2-1 manifold design. The manifolds are separate and connect together via v-band which makes installation not require dropping the entire engine. This design also solves the problem which I believe to be the reason that no other single turbo system was successfully tuned. More on that later. The wastegate discharge will come directly from the turbine housing, not the manifold due to packaging constraints. Turbo is tucked low but VERY visible with the hood open. Especially considering the vacuum tanks were removed and the coolant overflow tank relocated.

One manifold is already done. The second one should be done next week. Which means are aren't too far from showing pics. I'm excited to get my baby back!
