The water was a bit too much agitated to get that glass effect on it. So much for the reflections contest :S

Horizon is straightened based on the bridge; not the water. Be careful of the perspective tho; after a second look, it can indeed mislead the eye. I always check my level in LR and from what I remember it was straight right out of the camera. (My level gauge on my tripod helps a lot for that)
As for the saturation, its at 4. Pretty sure its your monitor because I took a second look at it on my Ipad and looks ok to me. Anybody else with calibrated colors or monitor wants to chime in? I can be wrong tho; Maybe i'm too confident in my self calibrated LCDs and should calibrate them manually.

When I have an ambiguous horizon, like this one, I look for a vertical reference deep within the image. The bridge is a good idea, but the perspective might make that misleading. With trees in the image, then I look for a prominent tree or two as a reference. Based on that, I might have rotated it a degree or two clockwise. Then again, if that made the bridge look wonky, then I'd go back to the bridge. It's so prominent that you can't let it disturb the viewer, even me and Chewy.
As for Saturation, I don't see it as too much here. Is this a Raw conversion, or an in-camera JPEG? If JPEG, some cameras do apply too much Saturation in the camera and then adding just a little is too much. (The "Landscape" mode can be dangerous). My in-camera Raw files look flat and lifeless because I expose to the right, then I add an S-curve, set levels, perhaps bump Contrast, balance shadows vs. highlights, consider Vibrance and then Saturation would be one of the last things that I consider. Sat is usually a single digit number, if not 0, but my S-curve takes care of a lot of that, so that's why I apply the S-curve first in my workflow. Dave

Thanks guys, i'll take a look at the horizon it tonight. In my mind, it doesnt make sens to have a crooked bridge, but i'll try and see the results. I think the wide perspective will be more tolerable then the crooked bridge, but the again, I fear that the waterfall will get crooked also; which may definitely be the "no-go" indicator.
The mountain on the left gets higher and higher so that why i've used a longer focal range. I also have a shot at 24mm maybe i'll host it so you can see what i'm talking about. Its shot in RAW with proper exposure; then a S curve added in PP. Then I applied the clarity, Vibrance then a bit of Saturation. I like to add some, but just enough so the eye doesnt get sore. Too much can overkill a nice shot. The only thing that I like to overkill on certain shots, is Clarity, because it can create a special "crisp" feeling to certain shots.

ort Everglades under the Bridge
This is a view of Port Everglades, in Fort Lauderdale, from underneath the 17th Street Bridge. The clutter on the very left side is my bike
