doesnt look that bad to be honest. I hardly drive like this unless im tailing one of my friends who drives like a lunatic...but when I see people driving like this i just get out of there way. If they want to do a run, and im not up for it I just throw on the cruise so they know to just go ahead.

Honking , flashing , maybe send that video to nypd , when you drive on road you need to think not only about your driving , You need to think about anthoter people driving , what they can do ,how they drive its a lot of idiots on road so you have to predict they next move, so nobody can hit or scratch your nice m3 ,you know he want switch lane if you slow down everyting we will be ok

I mean .. I can see what you're saying but it wasn't that bad, I don't think you were in any real danger.

Ford SUV moves to the right because of slow blue ( Lexus?) and BMW comes up next. Before he can switch over , the blue Lexus hits the brakes. Look at 3 seconds to 4 seconds through his window as the car stomps on the brakes and never let's up until you pass him.
Dangerous? Yes. Could I have anticipated it if I were you in that situation? Yes.

Thats nothing really but I personaly would not take it so serious that happens to me at least once a week probably more. Next time if you see someone or it bothers you so much you should just brake or MAKE SURE there is no room for them to even consider the pass.

I agree with most of the comments in this thread but as someone that owns a dash cam, I can assure you that the dude came over MUCH closer than it appears in the video. I have had people come over so close that I could not see their license plate but the dash cam makes it look like at least 2 car lengths space.
I think OP anticipated the driver’s actions and thought that he had closed the gap enough so the car would be blocked in the left lane. I may be wrong though. I have had situations on the autobahn where I had room to change lanes, signaled and then had the other person close the gap at full speed to intentionally block me in. Didn't bother me much in my Mini as I would still fit that gap most times and leave they guy behind me in a arm waving, light flashing rant. Now I signal and move almost instantaneous when I anticipate the other drivers not be courteous. I always match the speed of the other lane so that the other drives do not need to brake for me so I do not cut people off.

I do agree that the real bad guy here was the Lexus?.. for staying in that lane and driving slow. The e92 should not have cut you off the way he did and waiting till you passed since you were driving faster than the Lexus?.. We have plenty of idiots that drive like this and then find out they can't even go anywhere farther after..dangerous? potentially. Douchy move? definitely.
