assuming it is accurate (do not think it is), how does that have anything to do with quality versus aftermarket? Aftermarket parts dont have that economy of scale and will thus be more expensive, but longer lasting? Perhaps, if you are talking about something inherent in properties such as poly bushings compared to stock rubbers. Otherwise, I do not agree - and in fact, aftermarket suspension bits from control arms to idler arms, to tie rods have always been more durable from the original equipment manufacturer (that also commands a premium) than aftermarket companies that did not produce the original part.

In a nutshell, I do not agree with "your stock suspension is cheap, replace it immediately" - can you qualify where you are pulling this out of?
