Tmw I will also change some old rubber vacuum lines that run across the valve cover which have also known to help with boost
I have thought about it but I haven't done it yet. I forget why but for some reason I decided not to replace them based on some research I did.
Also were you having underboost or overboost issues?

make it a habit of flashing back to stock before ever doing a firmware update on the AP.
This would be such a pain in the ass for me having to change fuels haha. I have an AP2 so I'm not even sure if this is the issue. I've been running e60 BQ tune for quite a while now.

that's was for and AP firmware update. which is not often ifbat all for the BMW support. a simple map change is quick. unless I misunderstand what you're saying.

The firmware on the AP2 hasn't changed in a while, so I'm pretty sure that's not the issue.

Are you saying I should uninstall the Cobb, then reinstall and reflash?

I'm 99% sure all my vacuum lines are good since they're all pretty new.
So as of right now I'm looking at either the solenoids or even the vacuum canisters. Either way its going to cost $ which I don't have a lot of at the moment, lol.
And I just came across these.. http://shop.stettperformance.com/pro...c?productId=40

What TGNY 335 suggested does not require you to change fuels. You're just using another map as a catalyst, then reinstall the actually map for your setup.

I recommended using NGK gapped between .020" - .022"
