Hope you're talking about my tune! If I can find enough time, I hope to have my preliminary work done this weekend, and drive up to your shop the next.

Aquamist, AEM, Snow Performance, Devil's Own are a few of the popular options
I am running Snow with no problems. Still monkeying with ratio of h2o to meth....meth = heat and power. And I believe the occasional detonations/knock. 70% water and 30% meth works beautifully without any issues albeit with less power.

Maybe off topic, but related. Has anyone else experienced vacuum line leaking issues ?

Awesome! Can you tell me which parameter to monitor in Carly to watch the EGR valve?

I have since removed it for repairs, and boom car is running quite again. I suppose tuners can address the timing changes and other downsides of the egr block on idle quality.

So the thought of leaving the EGRs benefits intact, while minimizing its downsides sounds interesting to me. I too plan to install a catch can here shortly, already assembled the parts.

I want my car to be as refined as it is now and I too plan to run with my DPF/DOC for smell reasons and a lack of soot (I have a white car), and leave the SCR in place. I want more power without a loss of refinement.
Bob, if loss of EGR at idle will cause rough idling, I'd prefer to allow EGR at idle.

Check this post. It includes a document that will help.

Not to self promote, but if you get Torque Pro, you can use my custom PIDs for the 335d. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1118429

Yeah--in my mind, idle would be smoother without EGR. Your thoughts?
