I'm selling a Queen Mattress w/ box springs, Serta Posturepedic 700+ coil count. PM me if you want a nice comfy new mattress when you move here.
To answer your question, you should move to, Temple City, CA because that's where my mattress is. Also, looking at your Avatar, you may be Taiwanese. TC is right next to Arcadia where you will find many of your Taiwanese bros and cuhz there.

$12-13k won't last very long in LA, unfortunately.
I completely agree with Stooken, visit first assess the situation then think about it again. Then make a decision. Best of luck on your move.

And even less in Norcal, but if you're cheap you can make it last six months for sure! Eat one meal a day, rent a room for $600/month, etc. definately do'able, but it'll affect your lifestyle.

If you want to move to LA, check out southbayrentals.com, but i have to tell you in LA 1K is considered cheap for a 1bdrm 1500 - 2000 is realistic.

When you get in the $2k a month range, either it's a brand new complex or its a luxury complex....or it has more than 1 bedroom. |

Well, everyone has different standards and it REALLY depends on which part of LA you are talking about, as you probably already know.
