So after all that it was the caliper. I fitted the correct one tonight and I almost put my self through the windscreen lol. Thanks guys for all the help.

I did a manual bleed with the girlfriend who didn't realise she was in for a dead leg treatment lol. The brakes feel sharper than ever now.
