i think you should wait to have everything in front of you then find a solution.
who knows, knock on wood but maybe the fog lights are too big to fit since you are not fitting to the ltmw bumper.... then you have to customize anyway.

I have the bumper cover but unmounter there's no obvious solution. Maybe mounted I can see how it attaches better. Or again let the body shop play with it.

I would take it to the body shop and see what they recommend. If you don't feel comfortable having them do it then just do it yourself.
Definitely a cool idea though.

They are plug and play, I had to drill mine into place and used silicone to seal the holes.

Looks like you notched the inner sides of the bumper to fit the lights. Mounted them plug upward? Cut holes for the plugs? Did you leave on or use the light bracket tabs or trim them off and just screw the housing to the bumper? Do the lights vibrate when driving or are they locked down solid?
