Not dual mass flywheel as mentioned above, but do you have a single mass flywheel? If so, when you press the clutch in, does the sound go away? Also If so, is the noise louder when the AC is on?

Doesn't make the sound go away by pushing the clutch in or turning the ac on or off

That's the million dollar question. Car was only 5 years old and travelled 80K Kms at the time... Has never been driven on low oil either.

Only mods were cobb tune and exhuast. That was it

A lot of these noises come from a dual mass flywheel.
At least you can eliminate sources

Good Luck
Wait, I hear a squeaking a lot of the time if not every time when I depress the clutch.

You may have a throw out bearing which is slowly dying.

These can either die slowly over several thousand miles or die suddenly and your car will sound like a saw cutting wooden boards. If it seizes it will quickly wear out your pressure plate diaphragm.

In either case, best to swap everything out new clutch kit, preferably single mass flywheel.
Good luck

Just to clarify something.

When you press the clutch, does it squeak similarly to opening a squeaky door inside a house? A one shot deal or is it a constant squeak when your foot is down on the clutch?

The Squeak down ... squeak up is not as bad as the constant squeaking when the clutch is down.

The first instance is mainly attributed to pressure plate diaphragm and or clutch fork pivot, not really requiring an urgent repair, just live with it.

The second constant sqeaking is an indication of a bad TOB

Thank you for all the information! I really appreciate it. It's just a one time squeak whenever I depress the clutch(push down) I haven't noticed it if I release the clutch. I don't feel any slippage either when I put it into a lower gear and push down the throttle.

Ok then, you have nothing to worry about, some squeak when you press down is normal.
