I shipped my x pipe with them. They tell you when you ship out when exactly package will be ready for pick up at the closest greyhound and if you don't pick it up on time they charge you storage... guy that bought my x pipe had to pay extra for storage because he didn't pick it up on time. You just have to go get it because they will not deliver it to you!!!

They hadn't called me either, i just placed a tracer on it which is where they basically call the depots on the route.
